u are right... all commodity (gold/silver) and house will having correction soon.... the gold rally trend is exactly match with house price from 20 years ago till now... smile.gif

it's the same analogy with houses. today's price and future's price. because it's calculated based on cost to build the product at today's pricing even though the product could have been up and ready. not forgetting interest on loan charges are all factored in.

isn't it same for gold. the ring in the shop that retails for rm60/gram. same ring, same shop, same design. what's the cost of the ring now?

yes... sg, cn ppl buy prop with cash is still consider a little cheap, as they can save the interest rate to bank which is double of the prop cost over years of loan service, compare to local ppl buy prop with loan... cash is still the king.

same thing u now buy many many houses.. u won't enjoy much compare to ur son... ur son one day will tq once their father pass away. this is debt need to pay to son in cn community.. beside edu. sweat.gif
