Notice another thing that different from the Setapak Green model...
Why no door one? (It should be like an air-con compressor room ma...) Added on March 1, 2012, 10:44 pmBesides, you may notice photo 8768 and 8773... Workers are demising their "house" and moving into level one... Anyway, from this scenario, we can assume that car park building will be started in March... Just get a letter from UOA today. A Syabas registration form.
Water supply get ready soon.... Added on March 6, 2012, 10:56 pmActually for Condominium, the water charges suppose pay to management office one. How come now we have to apply the Syabas water account separately leh? Even buy second hand apartment/condominium, we are not required to change name in Syabas one... Anyone can answer? QUOTE(ecin @ Mar 8 2012, 02:39 PM) Hello guys, here another bought for own-stay SG owner .. Hi Ecin, thanks a lot for your information... Really not aware of this Syabas new rule...Regarding the Syabas registration, for the new condos, also apartments and flats, individual meter installation is available rather than the old bulk meter system concept... But, I'm not sure is this something compulsory. This thing was first arisen back in year 2008 whenever Selangor state government announced the free water supply for the first 20 cubic metres for household. * Syabas is not only the water supplier for Selangor, but also for KL (SG - Mukim Setapak) and Putrajaya. Regarding the show-units (demo-units), I did check with SG office when I called for some other thing, she didn't mention clearly since the person I spoken to she is not belongs to the construction department; For now, the demo-units should be used as the Sample-Units for the construction & ID workers, but might open and then for sale at a later time? ... Btw, yeah... Good to know that you are one of the owner too... Added on March 9, 2012, 7:44 amIf the demo unit is just for constructor refer, then it will not open to public so soon... Have to wait longer time for the release... Wait wait wait.... This post has been edited by SmallPotato2011: Mar 9 2012, 07:44 AM |

QUOTE(babylabbit @ Mar 9 2012, 08:42 AM) it better to have individual meter .... cheaper by alot! Yeah... In term of money and management is better to have individual one... bulk meter..is commercial rate.... and no free water in mukim setapak Added on March 9, 2012, 7:55 pm QUOTE(ecin @ Mar 9 2012, 04:38 PM) Yeah, individual meter should be better in every aspect. Wow, you are one of the big group buyer.... I knew a few SG buyers, as far as I know, for majority of them are bought for own-stay, which is a good news for flipper (low supply) and of course for owners (better take care of facilities). I've followed this thread from time-to-time since V1 Talking about the progress of SG, I saw some units were painted with Green color for the Grills of AC space, were passed-by a few days ago, all are now painted with White color, did you guys notice that?... Are you guys like it to be in Green or White color more? (collect some information, then try to feedback to developer Initially I thought it should be as same as the wall colour (white, but now sudah jadi light yellow lor...)... Anyway, to make the building to be more sharp (high contract), I think to have dark green is the better one... QUOTE(ecin @ Mar 9 2012, 04:47 PM) [attachmentid=2729122] Green green green.... But the photo I posted, I meant there suppose is a room (with door)... But from the outlook now, it seem like no room (with door).... The AC Grill, the photo had already been posted by SmallPotato2011 back in 1st March ... Any preference on which color do you like more? Added on March 9, 2012, 7:56 pm QUOTE Talking about the progress of SG, I saw some units were painted with Green color for the Grills of AC space, were passed-by a few days ago, all are now painted with White color, did you guys notice that?... Just submit the Syabas form to UOA Sale Galley in Bangsar South today....
Heard that those show units only will open to public after the main building complete. As currently the upper floor is still in construction and it is very dangerous for public to entry. Currently they still don't know when will complete for the whole project (VP)... |

QUOTE(Lewing @ Mar 29 2012, 09:13 AM) Passed by Setapak Green last night, really progressing well. You can now clearly see the true design of building exterior, really quite nice actually, definitely much better than what you see in the SG brochure. The exterior which facing the previous show room is now revealed, and i was like Oooooo... nice! Hehehehe... Thanks for your information.... This weekend may pay a visit there.... |

QUOTE(Lewing @ Apr 3 2012, 09:12 AM) Cool! So i guess VP end of this year could be very possible eh. 1 thing though, i observed that some construction workers currently could be staying in some of the 1st floor units... pretty common practice? Yes. It is normal punya.... Otherwise, there have no place to stay leh... So, the level one is fully occupied by them now...Added on April 3, 2012, 9:17 pm QUOTE(ecin @ Apr 3 2012, 10:50 AM) Car park started? Didn't notice tim.. great Ya ah... Added on Yeah, it's common, since their staying place alr/going to be demolished to give way to car park.. but, I think may be not all of them (they're a lot altogether), right? Could be they're looking for a new empty place to build their another hostel also. If you reno your brand-new landed house, quite normal also for those workers staying in the house. They're very simple one, 1 wok + 1 cooking stove + 1 gas tank gao tim. Currently it is 23rd floor now... Believe one more month + later will fully complete for the main building lor.... Then "Zhap Tau Zhap Mei" and "keep hand tail" (paint etc).... Hopefully year end can get VP lor... So that can celebrate Chinese New Year 2013 (10 FEB) at there.... Have anyone start to think of renovation plan?
If not mind, can share share your idea? Haha.... Basically, I think need to install some aircons, ceiling fans, cctv, door bell, gate and window grill like below for my unit... Air Cons 5 (Include UOA free one) -> 4 X 1K = 4K Ceiling Fan 3 -> Depend on model = 500~1K Gate and Window Grill -> 3K gua Plaster Ceiling -> 5K can make it? Door Bell -> below 100 CCTV -> Fake one just 10, real one need 1K Water heather for bath room 2 -> With Pump below 500 Approx 14K needed....
