I believe that unit is Type C Level 4-5 instead of 5-5A?

I just came across Setapak Green Facebook today , it mentions reaching level 22, if it real ?  that awesome !!!!!!

I recounter check the SG Facebook again, is stated 22 level, may be a mistake ?? By UOA??...anyway thanks for the nice photo... When the level 2 show unit is ready for visit , pls highlight....so that all of us can pay a visit there..

Hello guys, here another bought for own-stay SG owner .. 

Regarding the Syabas registration, for the new condos, also apartments and flats, individual meter installation is available rather than the old bulk meter system concept... But, I'm not sure is this something compulsory. This thing was first arisen back in year 2008 whenever Selangor state government announced the free water supply for the first 20 cubic metres for household.

* Syabas is not only the water supplier for Selangor, but also for KL (SG - Mukim Setapak) and Putrajaya.

Regarding the show-units (demo-units), I did check with SG office when I called for some other thing, she didn't mention clearly since the person I spoken to she is not belongs to the construction department; For now, the demo-units should be used as the Sample-Units for the construction & ID workers, but might open and then for sale at a later time? ...

Yeah, individual meter should be better in every aspect.
I knew a few SG buyers, as far as I know, for majority of them are bought for own-stay, which is a good news for flipper (low supply) and of course for owners (better take care of facilities).

I've followed this thread from time-to-time since V1    but I'm all the while not an active forumer. Thank you to SmallPotato2011 and others for a lot of photos and information contributed!

Talking about the progress of SG, I saw some units were painted with Green color for the Grills of AC space, were passed-by a few days ago, all are now painted with White color, did you guys notice that?... Are you guys like it to be in Green or White color more? (collect some information, then try to feedback to developer  )

Good News Good News for owners! Heard from developer side it could be VP at the end of this year. They're always fully-committed! 

Less than 2 years to complete... some great achievement there. Still hope there is no compromise on the build quality

I bought it, the major reason it was bcz of it's UOA. Wishing they can do lagi best for this project! 

Passed by Setapak Green last night, really progressing well. You can now clearly see the true design of building exterior, really quite nice actually, definitely much better than what you see in the SG brochure. The exterior which facing the previous show room is now revealed, and i was like Oooooo... nice!

Cool! So i guess VP end of this year could be very possible eh. 1 thing though, i observed that some construction workers currently could be staying in some of the 1st floor units... pretty common practice?

Yeah, it's common, since their staying place alr/going to be demolished to give way to car park.. but, I think may be not all of them (they're a lot altogether), right? Could be they're looking for a new empty place to build their another hostel also.
If you reno your brand-new landed house, quite normal also for those workers staying in the house. They're very simple one, 1 wok + 1 cooking stove + 1 gas tank gao tim.
