Even buy second hand apartment/condominium, we are not required to change name in Syabas one...

Initially I thought it should be as same as the wall colour (white, but now sudah jadi light yellow lor...)... Anyway, to make the building to be more sharp (high contract), I think to have dark green is the better one...

Just submit the Syabas form to UOA Sale Galley in Bangsar South today....

Heard that those show units only will open to public after the main building complete. As currently the upper floor is still in construction and it is very dangerous for public to entry. Currently they still don't know when will complete for the whole project (VP)...

Yeah, it's common, since their staying place alr/going to be demolished to give way to car park.. but, I think may be not all of them (they're a lot altogether), right? Could be they're looking for a new empty place to build their another hostel also.
If you reno your brand-new landed house, quite normal also for those workers staying in the house. They're very simple one, 1 wok + 1 cooking stove + 1 gas tank gao tim.  flex.gif

Currently it is 23rd floor now... Believe one more month + later will fully complete for the main building lor.... Then "Zhap Tau Zhap Mei" and "keep hand tail" (paint etc)....

Hopefully year end can get VP lor... So that can celebrate Chinese New Year 2013 (10 FEB) at there.... laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

Basically, I think need to install some aircons, ceiling fans, cctv, door bell, gate and window grill like below for my unit... nod.gif

Air Cons 5 (Include UOA free one) -> 4 X 1K = 4K
Ceiling Fan 3 -> Depend on model = 500~1K
Gate and Window Grill -> 3K gua
Plaster Ceiling -> 5K can make it?
Door Bell -> below 100
CCTV -> Fake one just 10, real one need 1K
Water heather for bath room 2 -> With Pump below 500
