How can it not sold out?? Have you observe condo pricing lately? All are insanely expensive. In good areas the market price already like RM420+ per sq ft, some are even lease hold properties. That's should makes Setapak Green one of the biggest bargain lately.

where is the good areas that hit 420/f2, mind to share.

Early last year SA told mid of 2013, this year mgt told end of this year. 

By the way, those are just of planning and anticipation, no one can tells the exact day until it happens. 
Factors such as weather, man powers, materials, fund, state governance, etc contributes. 
As long as they can deliver as in SPA signed, then it's fine. It's not something we can demand for. 

In short, the window is fall in as early as the end of this year to Q2 next year. 
Just my personal guess, it looks like can be delivered not later than Q1 next year.

if rm400/f2 then the appreciation for this project less than 20% since the  purchase price for the early bird is rm330/f2 before discount.and the "partly furnish" item still not included. if the price cannot reach more than rm450/f2 them i think uoa have mark up the price already. coz normal appreciation for a project must be more than 30% if i am not mistaken.correct me if i am wrong. tq
