i just got this summon by JPJ - rm300 - is this amount right? im not sure?

anyone go a 'Arah Periksa Kenderaan' from JPJ for cermin gelap? Was asked to go for inspection at JPJ by a certain date.

Can I just ignore it? I am sure there are thousands of 'cermin gelap' and why do you inspect my cermin gelap there and then and give me a summon

Anyone got any experience? Can get a runner to deal with it?

You can opt not to go but if they black list you then you can't renew your road tax At the end of the day, you still have to go.

i want ask for motor road tax, if expired the time valid to renew is how long? if over how long then need inspect motor to renew?

I got saman for the same offend 2 weeks ago. Checking through myeg and it's listed as RM150. I'll try to pay it today ans will report back the actual amount.

the situation is i turn on my front spot light only with the two small LMST mini bulb(beside the main lamp) on...so is 4 light source...only the H4 din't on....all other light(brake, number plate ON)

please consult on the offenses.....

on the other hand...there's a BLM on spot also with the same case only SPOT lamp on but his main LAMP H4 also dint' ON....BUT.....in the Main lamp the guy customized a LED mini bulb beside the H4 and it's on....seems like the Main lamp is lighten....the uniform guys say that din't wrong....

i was WTF????? Bias?

Yes need to go to Puspakom for inspection and get B2 form..last only one month.. Then need to go to jpj and fill up few forms... Jpj k1. Jpj k1a and so on..

Does the car still on bank loan? If yes, then you can't simply change the name without clearing the loan first.

If not, then it's easy. Just like what ilyas_jamal said ... just being the car for inspection called "Pertukaran Hak Milik" ... I think it's B2 test, can't remember. You have to bring the car's green card along. After the test Puspakom will issue you the inspection slip.

Then you have to bring the green card, inspection slip and both your father and sister present at JPJ to proceed with ownership change. If one or both cannot present at JPJ, there's additional form need to be filled.

If insurance is almost expired, get a new insurance policy before you go to JPJ to do the whole ownership transfer thing. The purpose is to have a fresh new insurance policy under your sister's name.

If insurance is not a problem (let say you still have like more than 2 months before expiry), then nevermind I guess since it's basically among family members, wont be so much trouble.

But if anybody is buying a used car from stranger, better get a new insurance policy eventhough the car insurance still have a long way to go. Can always reimburse the balance of the old insurance.
