Hi i would like to ask sifus here for something unrelated

i receive a summon regarding

" Tidak Menyalakan Lampu Besar Hadapan Kiri dan Kanan Waktu Malam Hari "

the situation is i turn on my front spot light only with the two small LMST mini bulb(beside the main lamp) on...so is 4 light source...only the H4 din't on....all other light(brake, number plate ON)

please consult on the offenses.....

on the other hand...there's a BLM on spot also with the same case only SPOT lamp on but his main LAMP H4 also dint' ON....BUT.....in the Main lamp the guy customized a LED mini bulb beside the H4 and it's on....seems like the Main lamp is lighten....the uniform guys say that din't wrong....

i was WTF????? Bias?
