I can't read italian lol, but can see it only has Japanese/Italian dubs with Italian subtitles, comes with making of BRS, non-credit OP&ED, and trailers for other Dynit releases (Madoka, Aohana, FMA, Code Geass in italian!)
Both bluray and DVD are region locked.

The unexpected; back of cardboard padding has this cool artwork, was planning to throw it away earlier, but not anymore!

I don't understand the question?  Did you mean "how to track your parcel"? They shoould have sent you an email(in italian) that comes with a tracking number; You just have to copy+paste that number into UPS tracking page under "Track by number"

You can also find the number in your amazon account, under your order history, search for your order(in this case, the IBRS set should be easily found under all orders in 2012), then click on the "order details". You should find the number next to the "segui la spedizione" button. Would be alot easier if you translated the page beforehand.

What shipping type you used? Express?

Also as Joshlkw mentioned, there should be a link in your email that leads to the tracking site.

erm.. normal shipping.. if normal cant track?

AFAIK only Registered SAL has tracking, but since DHL has already given you a number, it should be able to. Double check the number and see if there's a mistake anywhere, else try to wait a day or 2 and see if you can track it then. If still no status update better send email to DHL and ask what's wrong with the tracking number.
