Am looking for a led/lcd 40 inch to be made as a monitor for my pc and gaming for my ps3.

I know some people say best tv is the tv we choose. but still, some TVs are better than others.
For ps3 games, what specs should i be looking for?

And how good is the service at Legend ss2? Have heard and read some people having bad experience there

No worry Rotloi, anyone searching for TV info is likely to land here as you and me. Looking back at the choices they made previously seems irrelevant as much time has passed.

Comparing to previous prices, it seems to have gone down.

Some of the TV I'm considering , value for money:-
1. LG Full HD Cinema 3D 42LA6130 RM1499.00

2. Samsung LED Full HD Smart TV UA40H5500 RM1699.00

3. Samsung Full HD Smart TV UA40H6300 RM1999

4. Sharp 3D Smart TV 40" LC40LE835 RM1899

Like Samsung cause can use hand gestures ; seems cool but don't know how practical and accurate it is. Anyone users can give feedback?

For 3D TVs, is it costly to get the 3D glasses. I wonder if it worth having . After all how many 3D movies are there in the market and you will need lots of glasses if the whole family were to watch.

Feedback are most welcome.

Hi.. amongst the latest TV... 40-42" what's recommended?

hoping for 120mhz refresh rate if possible..
and what's the deal with those 4k or ultra hd stuff... overhyped or are do they really make a difference?

Saw in a advertisement about the hand gesture thing in Samsung TV. You need to buy the TV camera which doesn't comes with the TV. Can anyone confirm this?
