Some stores don't charge additional espresso shots... some store will charge. If they charge, I avoid them.

I would normally order Tall size handcrafted beverage to get additional espresso shot for free. But some new baristas will still charge me for that additional shot.

Is there any additional charges if we ask for fresh pulled espresso (not extra shots)in our Frapaccino. Because normally they use the pump. Anybody ask before?

no, your birthdate info is in you card. and they only check if you have this benefit onot.

means order tall size will get extra expresso shot free? I only got 1 time...and i thought maybe cuz i bought the mini-card for RM 50...haha

i also have to educate the staff when told me no need purchase drinks for the free cake, i re question them twice to confirm

Mine is normally additional 2 free shots or 4 free shots if im really sleepy. After donating so much money to them, at least most of the baristas recognize me

This is the usual format of espresso based drinks:

tall - 1 shot
grande - 2 shots
venti - 2 shots

You can claim just the slice of cake (w/o buying drinks) at the same time.... You just need to buy a drink prior for the Tracker to show a star (before you claim the cake.)

anyone know how they give out the customer voice paper where you fill up an online survey to get a free drink? i seems to get it a few times before. some by reloading my card, and today by just purchasing a drink. any idea?

It's done randomly by the system, if i'm not mistaken. Consider yourself lucky if two receipts come out. I was selected only twice so far

For the charm key chain, reload with min of RM 120 while stock last.

Excuse me if off topic. Are venti fraps all single shot espresso. I ordered a caramel frap yesterday and asked for double shot and was charged extra 1.80. Okay?

yes any extra shots need to pay as in their menu , but some of us here manage to get it for free, so try your luck next time.
i also got it free last weekend
