i think this is one of the main problem.

but when i registered all these cards, my intention is not to manipulate their system. so i had no plan to put other name or other phone number >,<

no intention, but your action tending to prove the manipulation by you earning the total of 14 rewards then all transfer to one card

Starbucks IT Programmer should be sacked to cause such chaotic issues/manipulation.

total 4 in my name, another 3 owned by my gf.

starbucks not rewarding me by one card one free drinks.
the systems rewarded me one card 4 drinks, some 2 , some 1... total 14

You should not transfer all rewards into one card and cause the suspicion.. be smart

The legal way of maximizing the benefits of the cards by not manipulating the system are to do the registration gradually (in case you got many cards) with different particulars from your love one, family members, colleagues, friends etc upon their consent

Anyone know what is the different between Cocoa Cappuccino and Caffe mocha? and also Caffe Latte and Cappuccino? In the starbucks menu, it put under one category..

I purchased a tall drink using my venti tumbler, they charged me rm11 then my mum add another drink... When I collect my drink, they give me my mum drink, my tumbler, grande drink (which is same flavor with my tumbler)... I asked the staff and they say is mine so I just take it and walk away... Came back to check, they didn't deduct any of my free drinks and they only charge me two drinks money.... They give me exactly tall drink in my venti tumbler..

that means you purchased a 2 tall drinks by using your venti tumber by cash and they didn't deduct any free drinks from your card. .what's your point?

My points: Starbucks accidentally give me free drinks

1st drink : tall ice blender (use venti tumbler)
2nd drink: tall new flavor

outcome:
1st drink: tall ice blender in venti tumbler
2nd drink: tall new flavor
(accidentally free drink) 3rd drink: grande ice blender...

Hey guys, what do you do if there's a new card design and you want the card very very much? Do you apply for the new one and transfer everything into the new card, never to use the old card again? Is that possible? Or are there any other better ways?
