As a Collector, i own few SB cards (different account)
I participate in the - My starbucks gift to you- events on jul 24 night,
i give it a tried on all my cards (5) and send to my frens SB cards at the same time.
fortunately, i got 4 drinks in my own cards, and some of my frens got 2t o 3 drinks...
then today, all those rewards disappeared....
and i SHOCKED ... and saw one of a customer replied this in SB Facebook.
Alfred Lim:" kinda disappointed with this event, after my friends and I get a number of free drinks through this event, 1 call from Starbucks phone come and ALL our reward free drinks gone and become 0. They just told us that we can't get the free drinks like this and our rewards will be deducted. Your T&C do not state 1 card cannot get more than 1 free drinks, so how can you erase all our free drinks. And also the system did not make sure 1 card can get 1 free drinks, after we get more drinks, we send again to redeem the free drinks. Is because of the Starbucks' promotion failure or system failure that can lead to our rewards are being deducted? Haih....."

I called SB customers service after read this person fb comments, they did not apologize for this issue, only mentioned : we don't want customers to manipulate the events, and all the drinks already taken back"
