And also the system did not make sure 1 card can get 1 free drinks, after we get more drinks, we send again to redeem the free drinks. Is because of the Starbucks' promotion failure or system failure that can lead to our rewards are being deducted? Haih....."

I called SB customers service after read this person fb comments, they did not apologize for this issue, only mentioned : we don't want customers to manipulate the events, and all the drinks already taken back"

Too bad the free drinks is gone.... the most SB loses is 1000 cups... but it makes "genuine" giver ZERO.... that I think it's abuse.

I receive a free drink through the starbucks gift to you. I just sent it yesterday.

Guess I should faster redeem it before it gone too.

True. SB most loses is only 1000 cups.
and we did not know whether we can get the reward or not initially, the systems credit 4 free drinks into my account was not my fault. vmad.gif
is SB systems and SB don't even stated any terms and conditions....

if they wanted to take back the extra 3 drinks, i'm okay with that, but now they taken all back.
When i Called and asked, the manager said so rude to me: " no more mentioning 1000 drinks, we don't want customers to manipulate it"
i felt myself like a robber....


stingy and stupid starbucks.

after finish all my credits in this card, i will stop buying anything from them.

wow they change the new starbucks registration method now by verifying it thru email 1st before keying cards data.

It's called closing the loophole. Their original intentions was probably for existing customers to pull in new Starbucks cards adopters, not for existing ones to manipulate it. How would you feel if some customer managed to horde 100 or 200 drinks to him/herself? Not fair right?

Probably should've sent the free drink to a card registered under a different name. That was probably the only and "legit" way. tongue.gif

Agreed.

As we did not expect that the system will rewards us so many drinks.
We also surprise tat get more then one free drink as a reward.

But. Without notice. They just take back all the free rewards.

bought 15 Anniversary Starbucks Tumbler at the price of RM33 using 2 new starbucks card, each with the value of RM20. This design is quite beautiful in brown colour with the picture of kite, not like the red colour one..wonder if this is new design?

I have total 4 cards. And my gf 3 cards.
Our initial is to collect different design cards but not manipulate starbucks system.

Each cards average get 2 drinks as rewards. Then i join them into one card.
So is total 14.

For your case, they should let you keep 7 drinks.

If really want to SUE the company. i think this can WORK.
