Their online system still have so many problems. My free drink for the online registration is gone and i have not even redeemed it! Then, the two drinks i bought about 3 weeks ago also have not appeared online

Maybe it's the particular outlet which cause the purchased drinks not being updated. So far the Starbucks I went to, such as 1U, CentrePoint, The Gardens, Subang Parade, has no issues.
