I would like to share my Q&A with the Air Asia Web Agent Chat just now. QUOTE 1st question:
I would like to ask can I change my flight date and time for my ticket purchased during the promo period?
Answer
Yelle: 1st, you may change your flight under 2 conditions
Yelle: Flight Change conditions: 1 – You are not yet checked in for the flight; AND, 2 – Your attempt to move the flight is more than 48 hours before the departure time
2nd question:
Suppose my actual flight is on September 2012, but I want to change to March 2013. When will the flight schedule for March 2013 release?
Answer
Yelle: 2nd, the flight for next year are not yet ready for publishing. They will be available only 6 months before the flight date
3rd question:
I select the flight on March 2013, but it show Unavailable. The schedule only show until 31st Jan 2013.
Answer
Yelle: 3rd, the same is the answer for the 2nd

why not go buy smaller version for traveling..
