I make booking for me and my gf for asia x. I understand that we need to do the web check in. But problem is the sitiing. How suppose I can ensure that my sitting is side by side? For those manual check in, we could request the counter to put in our seat base on avability. The more scary part is the hand lugage, some ppl just take 2 big lugage together. Then occupied the space. I think this one can't do much.
Or I just buy the siting lor.

Airasia cancel my Taipei -KK flight on 27th september and change to the next day 28th, is it possible i get them to chagne it to 26th instead FOC?

i suppose there will be compensation for flight cancellation for flight cancelled in advance. only refund or flight change

Yes, you may request them to change to other date FOC. You can use the AA E-Form or just go to their sales office/airport counter to make the changes.

then suddenly @airport exceed by 5kgs ..

When exceed, just trf few heavy items from the luggages to hand carried bag on the spot lor haha. Certain airport do hv the weighing machines. If hv, just weight & trf out some heavy items out. I did that few times already but ever since the luggage fee getting expensive, I travel light.. Nowadays just bringing light weight Back Pack.. U can even check-in 2 big 55Ltr back packs which will only be ~ 14kh the most haha.. lugagges are heavy even empty!

Do web check-in lor. During the web check in process you will see the system assign you which seats. In my experience 80% of the time they will seat you together. If the system seat you separate then gotta pay $$ to move one of your seats.

The live chat is useless as the call center.No response at all and i need to contact them urgently..

Hi all. i have booked an airasia return flight ticket to bali for next month. 2th apr 2012 depart from kl and will back to malaysia on 7th apr 2012. but i planned to reach there earlier with other altenative, so i wont check-in for the way going there, but i will still using the booking to come back malaysia on 7th apr 2012. is airasia allow passenger to do such a way which that we dont check-in for the way going out but return with the booking?

why dont direct call airasia.. ?
