If u web check in, should n 't be worry too much, the web check in note does work as Valid boarding pass (refer to AA), not sure about AAX, correct me if i am wrong.

The worst case u arrive at LCCT @9:00pm, u still can drop in the luggage, but will take some risk, unless u  travel frequently known where to look for  counter to stamp passport and departure gate. But rushing to a/port always not encourage. The risk behind alway too costly compare to the risk u take.

For flight to Australia and NZ, the web check in notes DOESN'T work as valid boarding pass (I have checked airasia website)

The counter to drop n stamp I know where is the area but you know LCCT likes to give people surprises !

+1, this is the case for some of the flights of AAX. My 1st trial with AAX was a short trip back to NZ last year. You'd have to be there so that they can issue you a "certified" piece of paper. Have to be there earlier though.

But yeah, (just to rant) some of the guys in LCCT could not just show some courtesy at all. If they want to work in the customer service industry, they should have expected the stress level especially working for airline companies. As a frequent flyer, the standard of "courtesy" of some of the guys in LCCT is just unbearable. In a simple word, rude. shakehead.gif

Digitalz!~ i really need your advice on this.

How earlier were you there for you to get the "certified" piece of paper for your NZ trip?

As my flight to Melbourne depart at 10.30p.m, the counter will close at 9.30p.m SHARP.

My working hour end at 6.30p.m so my plan will be, web check in then make myself there by 8.30p.m.

Do you think I can make it right in time to get the certified piece of paper (I guess this is the APP)

Ample time. This is the document check process - to make sure you have valid passport, valid visa (if needed), passport's expiry more than 6 mths, etc, etc, the usual stuff. All international flights need to undergo this check for obvious reasons. Pretty standard, just look for the relevant counters.

Like someone mentioned earlier, you dare to bet on the traffic of KL? This, I don't.

FYI, I was there earlier by more than 3 hours as I dropped by from KLIA coming back from one of my other trips. 1st trial on AAX going back to NZ straight after my trip.

Also, normally it's 3 hours before the flight as in the last hour, they'd close up the counters for good. Better be safe than late.

Haha. Still, if you can reach by 830 should be no problem at all. That's like 2 hours before flight as well. Pray hard for a good day. Simple as that. biggrin.gif

Which part of KL are you from ? If you must take taxi from KL at 6.30pm rush hour, use the Putrajaya Highway entry at Kg Pandan interchange or Salak south interchange.

Plan to aboard taxi at Jalan Imbi then use backlane to cut into ' Putrajaya Highway entry at Kg Pandan interchange ' or the MEX highway

I got a question. The 7kg limit, issit including handbag/laptop bag, or just the weight of the cabin luggage alone?

Pavilion on Bukit Bintang side no jam, I use that road everyday to back home (around 5 - 6 pm)

But on Jalan Raja Chulan side, sure pack.

This is the best road to skip some of the jam - http://g.co/maps/kf5mp

my flight yesterday was delayed & was made to wait in the plane and thereafter at the departure hall for 3.5hours.
Problem was flight avionics failure biggrin.gif

Thing is... can we claim the e-gift voucher as compensation? I have receive b4 but that was years back.
Is this OTG still applicable?
