it has counter for voice/sms/data seperately.
put in your billing roll over date.
it does the rest for you automatically with many stats by day/week/month/etc.
it also helps u by telling u whats ur daily limit

when i just bought my sgs2 before put simcard inside.
it was standby only with all connections off.
the battery can last very long oso wat.
for me one whole day standby without turning it on = 2% battery (according to battery solo app)
theoretically 50 days standby

There are security apps on the market that have password protection if you want to store such data on the phone. So even if you lose the phone the data is not easily accessible. Example is SPB wallet. Look around the market some of it are free app.
