Chicken neck ah......i know its good, but kinda dirty leh...... For indoor dogs, i dun wan feed them with raw lah. Makes their fur dirty, the floor dirty, whole face also dirty, yuks............. When FIFI got all her adult teeth next month, will start to give her the teenie size greenies, bought it long time ago but din give it to her.
Re mochi: baking soda is sodium bicarbonate lah, usually in a small bottle one. During baking, put like around half a teaspoon into the flour. Chemical reaction, produce CO2, (carbon dioxide), by releasing the gas, it will actually make the dough expand lah........ If not mistaken, bicarbonate is acid base, so it can be used as cleaning agent lah.........

The RM2.30 for 1kg is not pure baking soda, its baking powder. means flour already mix with baking soda. When u make the dough, no need to add baking soda, it will expand itself...... The baking soda normally in a very small bottle one. Baking powder and baking soda is different oh......
