holy crap i love military aircraft/ships modeling -- especially historical ones. I used to do make these things as a kid. I think I'm going to go shopping for some of this babies.

Loved the memories.

I had:

USS Constitution Frigate
B-27 bomber
a WWII Japanese destroyer and frigate which I forgot the name
P-51 mustang
F4U Corsair
F16 Falcon
German WWII Tiger I tank plus few German SturmGrenadiers (tried to make foliage around it but failed miserably)
FW-190
RAF Spitfire

and my proudest and most memorable one, the German Luftwaffe Messerschmitt BF 109f with Adolf Galland's unit JG26 decals.

How much does paint and airspray cost these days?

From my experience of looking around for diecast model. Malaysia is a very difficult place to find it. The best way to do is thru e-bay or if u can go to Singapore, they have a shop selling that models. Cheers rclxms.gif

Its hard to find in Malaysia but you can get Hobby Master in Nikko but its pretty expensive at RM250 . Sometimes Toy City have Dragon Wings and in some shops in Times Square you can find models from Air Command . Hong Kong does have a lot of Witty Wings and Dragon Wings model though .

And I wanted to start the hobby again after burning a Seahawk (Tamiya 1/72), a Blackhawk (RM10 made in China 1/72), a Phantom II (Fujimi 'not so' 1/48), and an Aurora or whatever is that recon plane (Testors 1/72).

I don't know, I want to find the 1/72 F-14D Super Tomcat VF-31 Tomcatters CAG to start things up. Sig somewhat related as to what I want to do.
