But it still worth at least cheaper than HM and CW. tongue.gif

BTW my FOV F-14 didn't take photo anyway, cuz too many loadout need to attach. rclxub.gif
And other collector already share the same product last time, so may be next time sharing. smile.gif

how can compare like that? one is diecast, the other is plastic.

how's the detailing of the f/a18 compared to witty wings? from pictures, seems less details than witty?
*
Ya, the detail for me I accept, but sure not good as WW.
RMB278 = RM150, can't complain, haha... smile.gif

everyone have it own preference & budget.
for display, it doest matter it die cast or plastic, as long as it well detail.

Of cos, u pay wat u get.

true... and i've seen some pretty awesome finished kits (your included!).

i'm a noob in this hobby and i've read that plastic models don't last that long. not sure whether that's true or not, though.

plastic model can stand for decade as long as dont exposure under sun light.
if the model cannot long lasting, u can get a new unit. brows.gif

Here come GainCorp product~~ smile.gif
All I can say is really nice. Diecast make for sure.
Detailing is good as HM or better. Even the aircraft stand also make by diecast metal.
Worth the price anyway. OK, lets have a look then.

F/A-18F Super Hornet, U.S.NAVY VFA-2 Bounty Hunters - NE100 (1/72 scale) from GAINCORP

Diecast's Achilles heels at picture 4, the large gap at seam joint. That I find it hard to accept.

I wonder EM has such issues, being plastic.

I prefer minimal loadout for displays. Maxmimum loadouts looks cluttered.

You can see the EM, it really less loadout (even empty).
And the seam joint is ok at least. The choice is yours. Cheers. smile.gif

Nice sharing of photos.

Such assembled models are new to me hence the many questions.

Where do you buy EM models? I would like to take a look.

I buy it from here:
http://shop35927624.taobao.com/index.htm?s...343936.2.YPPPRK

At least their packaging are strong enough and no cheating.

*EDIT:
Oh ya, BTW, if you want F-14, I suggest this one.

I don't know how much you all bought from China/Hong Kong. All my Witty Wing are from Singapore and it cost me S$65.00 exclusive of delivery charges. My nice is from Singapore and whenever she come back I will ask her to bring for me 1 or 2 model.

Most of the jet are same price except SU 30 about S$75 but this guy I buy from are running low in stock (limited model) for Witty Wing model. Since my nice brought in for me I save on the postage and it only cost me about RM170.

Deathsoul, this guy I buy from do not sell Hobby Master brand, sorry I still have no idea who is selling HM in Singapore. WindNut, apparently they have sold out all SU27 and SU30. You can visit their website Airplane models @ SG, they mostly deal in commercial air craft like our My Hobby House.
