Guys, does MHH sell other models 1/72 (fighter aircraft) apart from the ones listed on their website?

Seems limited to HM 1/72 and a few varieties, mostly civilian aircrafts.

Any one collecting WW2 planes?

What is the differemce in quality and detail between CW, HM, and EM?

I know huge difference in price, how to justify the price difference?

Understand on EM being plastic. Airfix, Tamiya are plastic too. How about detailing compare to diecast?

As for CW and HM, both are diecast, ain't it? how to justify the huge price difference ? Especially on the F14s.

Sorry for the many questions, not to familiar with the offerings on the table.

On diecast, how are the seam joints? Clearly visible?

it can be a deal breaker at times. you'll know what i mean when you see witty wing's f14s ("broken neck") and hobby master's f16s ("broken back").

for comparison (my personal preference):
f14: cw, ww, fov
f15: hm, ww, fov (hm only just started with f15s)
f16: ww, hm
f/a 18: ww, hm, fov (hm is actually better than ww but they don't do super hornets)

Yup, a deal breaker. Saw some Corgi WW2 diecast planes recently, all was good except for the seam joint on the engine cowling. Just cannot accept the large gap.

Here come GainCorp product~~ smile.gif
All I can say is really nice. Diecast make for sure.
Detailing is good as HM or better. Even the aircraft stand also make by diecast metal.
Worth the price anyway. OK, lets have a look then.

Diecast's Achilles heels at picture 4, the large gap at seam joint. That I find it hard to accept.

I wonder EM has such issues, being plastic.

I prefer minimal loadout for displays. Maxmimum loadouts looks cluttered.

Nice sharing of photos.

Such assembled models are new to me hence the many questions.

Where do you buy EM models? I would like to take a look.
