G Fl Kitchen (Seldom Use)
G Fl Bathroom, 1st Fl (Bathroom 1 & 2 )
Are aline with Solar heater above the Roof Slab (located at the back)
The three bathrooms regularly consume hot water? They should receive less than 10-15 sec.

1st Fl main bathroom located in front (40 feet away from Solar Tank)
Herein lies the problem. Manual also states pipe length no longer than 8m. This one is the furthest and exceeds that. Are you using M80VTHE which is the largest or M60VTHE?

Using 12mm Poly pipe. I can do insulation on the pipe as it run on the ceiling.
That's 0.5" which is good. Just insulate it. You're the first one I know who uses poly pipes with Microsolar. Assuming it is rated to withstand around 110-120°C as other poly pipes are rated only for 80-90°C. At its hottest, the water can be >95°C.

Not mixing with incoming water. Just for recycle cold water back to main tank.
If you visit their website to see pictures of multiple units connected, they have two hot ports at the top. This seems to allows it to connect more than one in a series. Just a question, if the second unused port be connected to the 45l tangki and a Grundfos
Comfort series hot water circulation pump be installed here to close the loop. The cold port of the 45l tangki receives the hot water from 40' down. The 45l tangki hot water port will need to branch just before it goes into the wall towards your master bath. Three check valve will be required. 2 after the master bath tee branch: one at the recirc side and one just before it goes into the master bath side. One at the branch going to other bathrooms and kitchen. The recirculation pump will run twice at 6am, 6pm to circulate the not so cold water back to the solar water heater. Problem is how low should the Comfort pump thermal cut off point be? 45°C? All assuming that this configuration is supported otherwise no go.

Idea is to cut short the hot water timing and water wastes.
And a 45 liter hot water storage tank sitting doing nothing.
The 45l tangki is assumed to be in the master bath. The other option is if it's indeed a MV60THE installed: Seal off the master bath hot branch connection and put a Microsolar slimline tank (128litre) or a MV30THE above that (master bath) and sambung. See if they are amenable to give an existing customer a discount.
