Doubt it will work, because solar water heater utilized physic to move the hot water into the storage, if your extra storage is lower than the panel hot water won't passively move into it.
*
Extra tank will work if you have a close loop piping and a circulate pump.

The cold down hot water will circulate back to the heater once it sense. So the hot water is always remain in the pipe and shorter distance to the tap.

Ya. Something that can be done with a Grundfos Comfort hot water recirculation but hot plumbing needs to change to single flow with the last point return to recirculation loop. Not many houses are designed like that esp terrace as the hot water will tee branch to the front and to the back. It would be nice if solar hot water storage can support recircitation. Only seen it in those Western models.

Will my diagram work..
2nd Storage using 45 liter hot water storage tank.
With the mixture of hot and cold is still warm enough for shower.

Yup. It have to be done in installation stage.

It can be reconfigure after install. But depend how the piping run currently.

Can be minimum modify if the current condition is right.

Or with the cold water from 2nd storage tank going back to the main tank for heating.

Actually, how far does the hot pipe run to each bathroom and how many bathroom in total. Insulation of hot water pipes does help to slow the thermal decay esp from hot out at the roof top and exposed section within the roof space. Insulon is one such material.

The storage tank if used also needs insulation of the pipes where exposed. The cold port receive hot water from solar heater and the outgoing hot pipe reconnect with your existing plumbing. The embedded pipes section can't be helped.

Also, if your home's hot pipe is 1" thick, Microsolar's manual does warn of accelerated thermal decay vs 0.5". For such situations, change the exposed section to 0.5" and insulate.

No don't mix with cold again. It's storing the hot temporarily in large amounts in an insulated tank to retard the thermal decay.
Why down mix again with cold water. I'm assuming that the second bathroom is very very far down the pipe line.

Storage water heater now very advanced. Hydro1 Eco series uses a non metallic heating element hence only a 13A point will suffice.

It will not work.

The extra tank water will be cold down in time. And it will not replace by the hot water from the solar if the tank water is not use up.

Using 12mm Poly pipe. I can do insulation on the pipe as it run on the ceiling.

Not mixing with incoming water. Just for recycle cold water back to main tank.

Idea is to cut short the hot water timing and water wastes.
And a 45 liter hot water storage tank sitting doing nothing.

What ozak and halcyon27 is to have a tank that is one way in and one way out, cold water go into the in, out go into your solar heater in, and from the solar storage out go into your house circulation. (If i understand them correctly)

But this will not solve your problem of having some duration of cold water before hot water coming in. My Electic storage water also had this issue, normally wait about 7-10 sec, or 3-4 sec with pump on.

The three bathrooms regularly consume hot water? They should receive less than 10-15 sec.

Herein lies the problem. Manual also states pipe length no longer than 8m. This one is the furthest and exceeds that. Are you using M80VTHE which is the largest or M60VTHE?

That's 0.5" which is good. Just insulate it. You're the first one I know who uses poly pipes with Microsolar. Assuming it is rated to withstand around 110-120°C as other poly pipes are rated only for 80-90°C. At its hottest, the water can be >95°C.

If you visit their website to see pictures of multiple units connected, they have two hot ports at the top. This seems to allows it to connect more than one in a series. Just a question, if the second unused port be connected to the 45l tangki and a Grundfos Comfort series hot water circulation pump be installed here to close the loop. The cold port of the 45l tangki receives the hot water from 40' down. The 45l tangki hot water port will need to branch just before it goes into the wall towards your master bath. Three check valve will be required. 2 after the master bath tee branch: one at the recirc side and one just before it goes into the master bath side. One at the branch going to other bathrooms and kitchen. The recirculation pump will run twice at 6am, 6pm to circulate the not so cold water back to the solar water heater. Problem is how low should the Comfort pump thermal cut off point be? 45°C? All assuming that this configuration is supported otherwise no go.

The 45l tangki is assumed to be in the master bath. The other option is if it's indeed a MV60THE installed: Seal off the master bath hot branch connection and put a Microsolar slimline tank (128litre) or a MV30THE above that (master bath) and sambung. See if they are amenable to give an existing customer a discount.

Recycling will not work because reflow is to the heat exchanger not the main tank. That means reflow will combine with fresh water from main before entering
heat exchanger. Due the fact that your 2nd tank is at down stream, cold water from main certainly have higher pressure which will push back your reflow hot water back to 2nd tank.

To make it work you need a constant running pump only serving the loop. And a check valve between mains and heat exchanger that only opens when any of your mixer tap is open. And the pump and valve must sync in opposite manner.

TLDR. If you are concern about extreme hot water u might as well double your panel size so your tank begin storing at 100C

Summer been around for many years, neighbor using it since she moved in mid 80s, and service once few years back during her renovation. Not too sure of newer model, maybe you want to check where the panel coming from. Many now from China, I believe still got many made from other countries. And in market they are many brands using same material and product from China and just rebrand.

Another good solar water heater is local inventor microsolar.
