but during the so called bad period yesterday's morning(Tue morning), i suddenly got IP's 252/253 on each connect and reconnect. Could it be tat my area there is having some upgrades into HSPA+ , like wat u are enjoying now?

I'm not sure even if my area is under HSPA+ or not.
Well, the lady mentioned network outage not network upgrade.

but your area is not affected and my workplace too is okay, only my Home area is affected

yea is weird, the network outages is only happen in my area at morning,..

from 2:05am down until 4:26am,.. hmm

i cant even online....no line here, Kedah, any1 affected?

My place's line is inconsistent, later GPRS, later EDGE, then disappeared all then come back again, Maxis is under some kind of upgrade?

Er the Maxis CS in Twitter suddenly DM-ed me telling they are having network outage.

does anyone remember when did the Maxis Unlimited Plan ended?

November 2009 if I'm not mistaken. Well, cannot say that the plan is ended. It is still active as we are using just that it is no longer available for new users.
