Nope, not SMS. Never used SMS on this line.

I wonder if they have implemented excess data usage charges? I remember downloading more than usual last month. If so, it's time to cancel I think :-(

Been using the service for a long time now with no surprises and today got hit with this nice "usage charge".  I have 3 multi SIMs, and this is a data only line.

Very strange.  Anyone knows what this is all about?
*
under the "Value Added Services" column, what are the rm15x2 and rm18 for each MS for?

btw, u have a total of 4 sims, including the principal MS?

any voice sim included?

Value added services = charge for each multi SIM of RM15 each. The "monthly charges" of RM30 for each multi SIM is waived ever since I started subscribing to this service.

No voice facility on this number whatsoever. Like I said, this is the first time ever that my bill has exceeded RM153 shocking.gif

Their helpline cannot explain yet, have to get back to me.

What is the procedure of complaining to the MCMC?

Life is great. I'm downloading at more than 1MBps now. biggrin.gif

Too bad I need to work later, else I can spend more time watching the great speed boosts when approaching 3.00 a.m.

Still, I don't have anymore things to download.

You must understand that the speedtest was taken on an iPhone 4 set. This limits the speed to 7.2mbps, correct me if I'm wrong.

When switched to USB modem with 21mbps, there was significant improvement noticed.
Speed was take at peak hours at 7pm at night.

wow how nice to know they are using recycle paper,. and for the MBK shopping mall speed is consider amazing because as in that hour, maxis in my area get peak and speed get up to 6~7Mbps only,. any higher speed need to wait after 12am doh.gif

guess the thai telco really go all the way and probably they release more bandwidth to each 850Mhz DC-HPA+ tower,... and our malaysia telco is stingy about releasing more bandwidth as we all know,..

p/s: LOVE THE 25ms PING at 7PM + the 13Mbps too drool.gif drool.gif
