Their standard throttled speed after exceeding volume cap is
384kbps.
It is not implemented yet in initial phase for True Move H at this moment so they are getting TRUE unlimited downloads for 42mbps until officially launch.
so worth to die for, WOW<.. 13Mbps unlimited and no throttle... 25ms ping,. imagine,.....
