At night only the connection sucks, happening now.
This somehow triggered my memory. Yesterday (Friday) was my colleague's bachelor night and we lost our way to his house which happens to be in Seksyen 14 PJ. Then, we tried to call him and the line disconnected quite promptly. We tried many times and often the connection was lost somewhere. Guess what, he is using a Maxis line. So basically PJ's Maxis issue is kinda serious as it doesn't basically only hit my area but others as well. Oh well, my current miserable speed is back to 1Mbps. i must count myself lucky stumbling into this thread!
im one of the user of the legendary RM99 per mth unlimited maxis data package....hehehe now, i move to a new place and the connections is rather slow! apparently i think all the mobile broadband at this area sucks, guess im staying at a place where it is the border for the coverage. however, i will try to boost the signal using the instruction from the first page and see hwo it works, also i will request for another sub sim.... thank you guys! |

Now we can choose which 3G band we want to connect Via a dual 3G band Huawei E1762 modem
Guys, i think i found something everyone asking about, : Download the MDMA 1.0.0.31 Beta 10 then unzip it,.. run the new MDMA beta 10 u download,.. and it suppose look like this: [attachmentid=2591295] ![]() ![]() ( above RSSI is using 900Mhz 3G band ) [attachmentid=2591296] ![]() ![]() ( above RSSI is using 2100Mhz 3G band ) see the different ? In my area, 2100Mhz 3G band download speed is higher while 900Mhz 3G band Upload speed is better,.. select the 900Mhz or 2100Mhz which suit you better.. click the Band Config and select which band u wanted to use, u will see immediate changes different on your RSSI and CELL ID.. no matter which 3G band u choose, u still will be under same IP adress & connected while ur E1762 change band on the spot,. 2100Mhz 3G band [attachmentid=2591297] 900Mhz 3G band [attachmentid=2591298] whenever u stuck at 3G 384Kbps, all u need to do is run this MDMA and select the other 3G band and u are directly connect to HSPA signal again,.. as simple as that,.. enjoy, and hope it helps anyone of you out,.
