I just asked my husband, around 70% been sold. Target completion on oct 2014

My house is right behind a small hard rock and on top of the hard rock is a water tank. Been staying in my current landed house for many years and there is no problem at all. There is a small trekking road towards the hard rock top and people enjoy their morning walk there.

this project almost done. facade looks sibeh good. clean and nice. lowest density project around this area. 6.78 acres 236 units only.

location sibeh nice ler. better than many cheras areas.
price ok lar. mahkota cheras and some others cheras south places already hit 500+ psf.

big built up. round up size start from 1400+-sf.
with the price tag and high maintenance fee. not easy to telan.
and now still around RM460psf after discount. should be those big built up psf price.

altitude with KL address... 35sen psf... include six stars luxury facility brows.gif .
i sibeh have high expectation from ijm. charge so high should expect more.
can't wait to see the 6 stars luxury facilities.

i expect altitude facility areas nothing less exclusive than Seni MK except those 100+ years old trees.....
seni gym room is 1 of the best i ever saw. sibeh 1 of the top class.

also mk seni monthly charges still only around 27sen+- psf. with almost 9 acres of land.
of coz unit also sibeh crazy big....
