yup still holding and is still currently holding, now we know 70k above section high rise in kl is a turn off, look at you vista and green residence could tree, just choose many choice

I think 2 issues have adverse impact on the sales of this condo:

1) Launch price was high (greedy developer)
2) SUKE

The developer is crazy greedy. Lastime my friend put booking rm2000 for mandarina apartment afterthat the developer refund the booking fee until get ccc then only call the pre book buyer but the price increased from rm140k to rm200k

This one really look so quiet eventhough vp, developer overprice this...my friend bought at 6xxk plus also hard to sell now with 720k asking price and post it rent at 1600 also no takers after 2months

Same goes to my friend who bought it abt almost 3 yrs ago. I think they got to hold until dev clear their units at higher price.

I still assume developer selling at RM 700+k before rebates. Bcz about half year ago, its only RM 460-470 psf after 7% or 9% rebates. Cant recall the actual rebates.

At least buying from developer spa etc covered
Subsales need to fork out lot of cash
Have to hold until developer clear their units 😪
Now we see that any more than 700k not easy to sell at this area..

I&P learnt that lesson, I guess. They are planning to build a condo in Alam Damai but with BU not more than 1200sf, I heard. It's easier to sell small units.

We'll see what the pricing will be when they launch it (if they actually do), in 3rd Q this year.

But I think the SUKE factor is the one that "kills" Altitude sales. The location is undoubtably good with access to many highways and byways.
