If I'm not mistaken, Midnight came with an app to convert to ext4.

I was on thunderbolt 2.1.7 without addons for about a week.. mixed results.. lag, fast , lag fast...

just installed 2.2.0 .. this definitely feels faster than prev version. on GB 2.3.5 xxjvt

i remember the dev said that theirs ROM is fast enuf as they also include the supercharged script or something, thus not recommended to install others script (eg thunderbolt).

hi, me currently using zuby's custom rom...and it include the ext4 apps..when i want convert to ext4, it said cf-root is not detected..but still can continue convert to ext4..will it cause any problem?

another question is the zuby's rom have the thunderbolt script inside...do i need to remount the script using the script manager?

Kernel Semaphore 2.1.1 (comes with the rom)
thunderbolt 2.2.0 with all addons

wat else should i tweak ey? the semaphone app still matters?

hello to everyone here...i'm a newbie here and i have problem with my Galaxy S...i bought it on 7th of November 2010 from one of famous shopping centre in Selangor...after nine months of usage, it started to give problem.. I sent it for warranty on 19th July 2011...after waited for two months, i received back my phone...but after only 1 week of usage, it gave same problem again...i straight drove to the shopping centre eventhough it is quite far from my home (about 90 minutes of 140km/H in PLUS highway) and sent if for warranty for the 2nd time...at that time, it was on 17th October 2011....then, just last Monday, 26th December 2011, i got my phone back...they said this time it already being fully repaired...by the way, my phone is a France set as i knew it from registered Samsung service centre at my home, and they unable to accept it for repair eventhough still under warranty...back to the story, after i got back my phone two days ago, not even up to 24 hours yet, the same problem reoccured again.....because of that, yesterday's evening i speed back to the shop after work, and in front of me, the shop's technician change the motherboard to a different one, which i'm not sure either a new or used one...but then, just now, around 4.30pm, it happens again.....now i'm really depressed and feel helpless....

so, here, with all of my hope i put in this thread, I just want to ask all the sifus out there...despite they changed the motherboard, the same problem still re-appeared again....i really don't want to go back to Mines as it is quite far from my hometown...and i also don't think by going to tribunal will resolve this issue...in addition, my warranty is also already finished on 7th of November 2011...so i just want to ask for help...my phone problem is:

- when i press 'Call' button or when i slide any contact to call anyone, the screen will be blank (except the on-top bar where the battery life is showing, will be remained)..but i'll still be able to speak with the one I called, except that in a few seconds, at the top of my phone, mainly at the holes where we listen to, will become super hot...and then, if I finish talking, i couldn't end my call as the screen is blank and unresponsive..in a few minutes, my 100% battery life can drain to 0%...

- next problem is almost the same, where when other people call me @ in-coming call, i unable to answer as the screen will become blank & unresponsive...then the same sequence will occur..the top of the phone at the speaker area will become hot,and my battery life will drain like crazy...this is the most terrifying problem because i'm afraid if my wife who works quite far from me, or our babysitter that take care of our son has emergency call, but i couldn't answer....

hopefully anyone out there with any experience, or knowledge about this can help me...i really don't want to trade in this phone because of its sentimental value (birthday present from my wife)...

Added on December 28, 2011, 7:57 pmby the way, just want to add something...my wife bought it at rm2,200 cash price...and for the past 6 hours, i already googled and yahooed everything about my problem, but none appears to have similar problem..only regarding the heat, yes...but not truly the same, because other than the problems above, my phone can do other thing normally without causing heat...playing online games, watching online movies, sms, browsing internet, using other apps, and etc. will cause none of problems...

hopefully anyone can help me...
