Safe or not, that's a more personal thing. If somebody was showing you stats that the place you are living in has low crime rate, but a few of your friends or relatives encountered robbery, can you feel it's a safe place? Hell no!

Johor as a whole is not that bad, but JB is not safe. This is based on all the crime news on newspapers and agreed by all my friends who grew up in JB. This is my "FEEL," and I seriously don't care what its crime rate is.

KL ain't safe either. I have more than enough crime stories in KL to share.

i live in jb, and to me, the crime rate here is about the same, if not less than probably kl and penang. as long as there is money moving and to be made, there will always be people trying to skip to the short part and do crime for it.

ironically.... there are other sources like interviews from real life examples because police datas are found to be with many flaws. One of them is not everyone go to report the case after incident happened. Thats why police data is one of the worst. ask any criminology student and they will agree with me.... you need one source to supplement with another. So stop being so naive.

What Johor? Even Hospital Sungai Buloh not safe... my lorry's battery got stolen inside the parking compound. Technically, MY is NOT safe!
