Last time i have bought 1 IEEE1394 firewire card, then when i take back to install, my pc cannot detect anything... then i go back to check they say nothing for the card.. but the problem is the software they come together without any cd key.... oh my god man... how come u sell something before u randomly check nicely both hardware n software.

some of the staff very rude. I hope that company send they stuff to moral class.

i think their boss itself already got problem, how to hav a good attitute staff? u know y their shop open until now still havent close? because their shop location very strategy, and it really hav many accessory, i think except all IT they are largest place to find computer accessory. but, only newbie or computer idiot will find them buy only. those esperience buyer sure wont find them buy things!
