i work in a pc shop in PJ....

i got customer complaint 2 me that some shop in lyp cheat people,
bad service, plus they hav 2 waste petrol n parking $ 2 go there but
ended up kena cheat, so they tel me they rather come 2 my shop,
more nearer, save petrol n parking $...

juz ned 2 look out 4 MPPJ when they come saman....lol

i went 2 sri com b4, i ask them got sell GeForce7900 GTX etream

then i ask again... they say no stock...... funny la

1 2 do business or not 1 ?

make low yat sia sui nia.....

come 2 my shop 2 get some stuff....
sure give them discount even they didnt ask 4 it

mostly some freak auntie that 1 discount til canot finish....

so d shop i work in emphasis hard on services lor....

troubleshooting n solving cust h/w n s/w asap....
waranty also asap....
help cust in seting up or using their new stuff... (mostly helping cust set up their wiredless router for FOC even they didnt buy d stuff from us)

normaly v juz try 2 do our best so d cust wil b statisfied wit our services coz
i think services realy can bring bek cust



my boss seling gundum n trasformer at dealer price, he get very cheap from japan....
so any1 interested can pm also....

normaly small shop like pc chop wil charge coz v cant fullfil the bank quota
(credit company that provide us wit credit card service)

if v didnt charge customer, v wil hav to absord that 3%.... painful

the IT shop that i work in....

my boss wont charge 3% if the cust dun bargin for discount,
so in that way, can cover for the 3% charge...



i hav those cust that wont bargin...
when cust ask me is that the best price?
i say yes, then they say pay by cc
i say ok n no 3% charge
they happy, i happy



so if you 1 2 get a 3% charge wave, dun bargin...

i mean normaly cust wil ask for a RM5 -> RM20 discount for certain item rite ?



eg: a cust want to buy a cheap GC for RM300,
normaly a cust wil ask for a RM5 or RM10 discount rite ?
that mean i wil only sell at RM290 wit cash sales.

if d cust didnt bargin n want to pay wit cc, that mean he wil pay RM300,
when d cc company pay my shop, i wil get RM291 only becoz the bank
wil take d 3% (RM9) - bank comision.



you get my meaning ? thats y v didnt charge 3% when cust didnt bargin,
its very hard 2 give discount and ask us 2 absorb d 3%....

when i ask what's d diference between a 54 MB & 108 MB wireless router & what if i combine it wit a 54 MB usb tongle reciever, u noe what i get 4 my quations ?

1 malay sri com staff answer me, "nombor tak sama la, yang ini new, itu lama, boleh baca ???"

i think their stuff juz lazy

its weekend man, not much people....
i saw 1 staff smoking, 1 reading motor-trader, 2 eating oreal biskut
some stare at gals legs

i think Sri Comp boss should give all d staff intensive training on all d products

may b some of d Sri Comp staff is smoking in their own premises
