hey dude.. i have been cheated once by sri comp. But if i'm a newbie of computer so maybe i don't mind. I bought the altec lansing speaker there but without noticed, when back at home some of bundle items on there was missing. It's so f***ed up i used to go back to the outlet to ask them about my missing item. So beware, check first before leave the shop or you might ended up to buy the used item they already use before. That dammit denied that they gimme used items 'coz it's impossible that the box already open without noticed first. Another one, they lack of customer service neither know their regular customer. What a mess?

yes. most of the workers at the right side in front of the counter there are rude and berlagak.only those new kids n the counter girl (opposite the front counter) r nice. even the girl at the service and repair counter is also rude.

sri comp worker only know how to sit down and make boring face. of all shops i've been,sri is the most non cooperative shop. other shop would ask what do you want or looking for,but those damn sri worker,just lying and do nothing,sampai aku kena panggil...apa punya mesra pelanggan daa

I do buy from them on and off, sometimes its just the convenience of being able to browse and check out the goods also, thats the tradeoff lah.

Still I agree the girl not cheerful but she still serve me when i give her the "Excuse me miss, can you serve me?" look.

All salesppl got their off days, yersterday also the C-Zone fei chai mumble to me, I one word also cannot hear, ask for PCIE GC he bring AGP. I said nicely "6600 GT, not AGP", he show unhappy face. All about timing I guess.

If thats the case then go there when their salary is out or when they get bonus or when they had earth shattering awesome sex the night b4. sure good mood.

lowyat shop. they act like whole world ppl owe them money!
