Last week going there to claim for my AP router and they said need to send vendor to repair and it might cause me 1 week.lucky he give me address and phone number..so i double to check whether is the place valid or not..

So i ask them who is the vendor and how to go abt it, guess what happen ?

Lucky i call because they advcice me to go from Glemaria and goto kelana Jaavy..
I going to the vendor place near Glemanis ECS to ask for immediately repair.
and the lady told me need to wait 1 weekm to collect the ticket..crazy man.

According to her , company still need check whether is it valid serial number because got a few distributtor around.

so at the end i still need to keep my AP for there maxi 5 day..

WHen i ask Sri@micheal for spare unit , he advice me to buy a spare one for myself...

No next time when i trying to buy anything from Sri.AComm

where got shop in lowyat will give u a spare unit ler?

U r rite,sm...If we send products for warranty,where can get spare unit from shop???If they take a certain time to process the warranty,tis is one of the procedure...

not even other state able to offer tat ler.

Yupe it is my first time also , since he said i might able to get a new one because those ECM people is expert can diag easily and got stock just give 1 to me..

But those ECM people told me...need to check serial number because in market ingram-micro also sending linksys tooo..:

and some more system is manual need to check serial through bookss..

so i really fedup because i purposely off office half-hour to drive kelana Jaya n do hope there is a quick service and exchanges..

if he did't told me on this i will leave my thing there...because ECM said i sent there also wait 5 day..and Sri send also wait 1 week...same thing .

anyway..i will not trust anyone of them again...Yupe..there is no 1 to 1 swap policy

Yaya..Unless they are friend of customer then they might borrow...But most of computer shop won`t do tat coz their product warranty is running...N also they scare the price for the item might drop...

pretty notorious i might say, but they do offer tons of product to choose from..

service is one thing, product is another..

u can't blame them for the warranty procedure though, all shops have the same procedure and it's a lengthy process.

anyway, it's good to know of such place, makes us aware while shopping for pc goods.

unless u r the good fren of big boss then sure can borrow 1!

bought jetway MOBO from Makiwa they said got 1 to 1 waranty for
6 month! quite good oso lah!

although it have a bad service but thr got 1 promo now.trade in any chapalang optical/laser mouse for a4tech x710 for RM39 only!!!i just trade in n nice to use.but 1 thing is the bottom of this mouse surface r not so flat.like got 1 side shorter n 1 side taller...

i just dont wanna go there because their prices just too irreasonable
