What count is their boss or manager who read this forum. Those staff will merely ignore even they read this cause they knew that their boss wouldn't get any near to those complain.

actually, I guess is good to let them know how bad was their reputation are. I mean, we recognize they all are sucker but then they still dunno how sucky they are, I found it was quite sux when I trying to buy stuff from there and they show me those crying face. And the worst thing is they think they are doing right things. aih...

hmm i dunno about u all, didnt have any nasty encounters with them..normally if i get to encounter one of those lansi sales guy i just go look for the other regular guy i deal with if he's free ....last time bought logitech z680 from them the box so big , ask their help to trolley it over to my car at level b3 basement car park, no complains also..and the speakers still working till now...dunno lar..just some bad rotten apples there..want to see motherboard they do take it for me, i open it up then they help to close back the stuff into the box for me..no complain...didnt bother see their face reaction lar lol.. hehe...anyway just my thoughts..

Ehh !! I think that the staff "who is polite and helpful" is a new staff and still dont know anything about SRI`s way of facing a customer . See later ,another one more month, sure that fellow will be influence by Sri`s famous motto .

That is for sure !!! they also dont know wat kind of tis or tat hardware !!!.just last weekend, i searching a asus motherboard for socket 775, i asking one of the guy who stand Like Orang padi think tat he very cool, he doesnt answer my question !!!Wat he say" weheerrr, i dunno" ????? Ya lo, today I went the to ask for low end gc(below RM250), then ask one of them, pointing to it, he answered me NO STOCK, then point to another, also say NO STOCK, after like pointing for around 10 of the GC which is below RM250, all he answered me is NO STOCK...

GOsh, I feel like I have 6th sense which can figure out which one is without stock just by looking the name of it, coz I score 10 out of 10 of those I point. Maybe they really don have stock or just that they r lazy, who knows...

hmm yday went to sri comp, i think i didnt notice b4 just put up but suddenly everywhere u can see they put up signs DO NOT OPEN ..ASK FOR ASSISTANCE.. ...at most places...and at LCD... DO NOT TOUCH THE LCD..like that also got..

Typical Malaysian business mindset!.. Every visitor COULD be a potential shop-lifter or have itchy fingers!.. .

1. Tower Records have highest prices and lock proof device on all new cd's
2. CDRama (Popular Bookstore) and some supermarts have new cd's in locked plastic case.
Am sure most would have experienced store assistants tailing you on every shelf lane in other stores.

I like the way IKEA does it with a small but noticible message on the shelf!

Yesterday i went to buy 6600GT (AGP) in LY....so i went to Sri Comp to find out whether the stories are true, so i just ask arr (Got any 6600GT AGP card?) then this one guy says got so i ask for the price..then he says RM620..wah so cheap?? then i go and look at other places but all out of stock xcept for my fav shop C***M but damn expensive...so i went back to Sri and ask for the gpcard then this one staff told me no stock, then i reply u fren said got stock..then he immeadiately pissed off by saying no stock, how many times i want to tell you..only got PCI-E...no AGP...then his fren spoke chinese to him (presuming i can't understand wat he says) said that i thought he wanted PCI-E...but i clearly said that i wanted the AGP version..so now i know that Sri Computer really su**...should suffer big losses to understand that their staff is really not good..finally bought the card at my fav shop..

Yeah..well said.. its quite annoying havin store staff tailing u every where u go. I dun mind if they trail us in polite and helpful manner or even ask if we need assistance nicely, but a few weeks ago i went to SRI and browsing at the logitech keyboard shelfs, one of their staff follow me quietly behind my back and when i notice him, with suspicious look he ask me dgn kasar "..cari apa?". It disgusts me laa their manner! total BS! ! iz that one of their customer treatment policies? follow around us customers quietly ala spying and rudely speaking to us? like we come to steal wat? i have lotsa money laaa! its such a shame la these people, tarnishing the name of their company that alredi suxs big time. seriously, go window shopping pon tak aman!!

ok, i used to buy stuffs from sri comp from this guy called Huat. He is quite friendly. But that was 2 years back. This huat guy is still around because sometimes I do see him around but he is always busy. I think lots of people want to buy from him because he is friendly.

Anyway, most of the stuffs mobo, ram, GPU and so on are quite expensive in Sricomp. The only thing to do in sricomp is to buy those accessories that doesn't require much warranty. Other than that, it's a lousy shop.
