Anyone interested to buy home gym set? I am selling Marcy Weight Bench (adjustable) , total of 75kg rubber weights, total of 70kg cast iront plate, 1 barbell, 1ez bar, 2 dumbbells. (all standard size), 15 rubberized at (very high quality). Selling all these at rm2500 (nego). PM me if interested!

bench cost rm250.. barbell, dumbells, plates 10kg 5kg 2.5kg 1kg

my bench similar to yours as well, except its a little more dynamic with front row and butterfly as well. Been with me since 1996! Obviously you need to get couple of 20kg plates as well.

yeah im running out of plates..with 20kg plates i can finally try deadlifting 100kg+ weights! sweat.gif i think the bench is good enough for beginner..but maybe need upgrade coz the seller say can support up to 200kg weight only. i would consider joining a gym once i could move some good amount of weight.

i have a total of 150kg , include dumbbell (5+2.5kg) x 2unit dumbbell 10kg +teco 1kg plate 10 unit .......

15kg x 4 unit ,10 x 4 unit , 5 x 4 unit ,

i can deadlifft 92 kg,,,

the barbell with rims is too high , just for fun , is eat alot of space , that time i put shop to use to save weight plate at home.........

not using anymore....

May I know where you got that bench from? RM250 is a pretty sweet price for a bench with rack. I'm having trouble looking for an affordable benching rack.
