Just realised when you pointed it out. I didn't flip it or anything though, took it using Photobooth. And yeah, thanks man! biggrin.gif The home gym with the installment plan is actually quite reasonable, about 200+ a month for 12 months.

anyone of you have created your own gym equipment at home . Does anyone have a pull up bar created at your own garage or indoor?

I've built many of my home gym equipment. Here are some ideas for DIY gym equipment. You can see I'd rather workout at home than anywhere else.

this is my idea initially. not a weight plate but rubberized tyre bag hang on both side of a metal pipe. what u think? i think the tyre can fill quite a lot of sand , up to 15-20KG i guess.

If you get Men's Fitness (UK Edition) issue Nov 2011, can see gym around the world that use DIY equipment. Got barbell using rough iron rod with car rims/tyre used as the weight plate and also got punching bag that is actually an old refrigerator.
