Gee. Thanks for being sooooo specific. First you don't mention the place unless people ask you. now you don't mention price. Sheesh.

brows.gif Someone did ask me. Now go scare them with your appetite

It started out as a cafe but they are having this brazilian's meat buffet recently. I had it during their promotion at RM50 but I think their ori price is higher (RM80 I guess).

Disclaimer : I have no connection with the cafe nor do I intend to advertise for them. Just to share with fellow bb who like to whack exotic meats.

Guys.,..let say i wan to let my muscle firm fast....should i do more sets with lighter weight or heavier with less sets ?
*
Depends on how u define 'firm'. Less rep (heavier weight) for size gaining and more rep for lean

Talking about legs, I think I kinda sprained my ankle yesterday while playing futsal. Heard this 'cracking' sound when it happened. Any fast healing method? Its damn painful now...

Guys, when you are practicing 2 body parts at one day (say biceps and chest), do you do all the biceps exercise then only u go for chest or do you alternate between the body parts?

Say you have 4 sets for chest and 4 for biceps. So you guys usually finish all the 4 chests workout first?

Guys, do deadlifts and squats thicken your body (waist and hips)? I notice that I somehow get 'thicker' after incorporating those into my workouts

During cutting should I concentrate on lower calorie food or cut down on the carbohydrate (especially higher GI) ?

@Darklight and DarkSeifer, thanks for the reply. Its good to have a healthy disagreement, even though I dont really understand much of the terms.

So what DarkSeifer was trying to convey is overall caloric consumption matters most and not the manipulation of carb, protein and fat? Correct me if I'm wrong.

I know we are supposed to eat more during workout days and eat less on rest days. But I notice I have been doing the opposite thing. Since I do not workout on the rest day, I have the 'spare time' to feel hungry and ended up eating more. Any advice on this?

Here's what I can tell you, since I'm on a caloric restricted diet right now, what I do to suppress my appetite most of the time is i hammer down a shit load of fibrous carbs, spinach, broccoli, leafy ones. Assuming you're having lean protein with each meal, you shouldn't feel that hungry that fast. But in case that you do, VEGES !
*
How do you usually prepare your veges? Boil or stir-fry? Its hell lot of works to do with vege..cutting, trimming, washing, etc etc. Meat is much simpler

I had a shoulder workout yesterday (seated military press but without leaning) and now my I experience DOMS on my back. Is this normal or I put too much stress on my back which is wrong?

Major supermarkets should have some in their organic section. Not cheap though!

Thanks for the info. I read somewhere that they contain low carb and high protein. I know its not gonna be cheap but I wonder how it tastes. Anyway, anyone of you here follow low carb diet?
