Check your tthrottle body

crankshaft sensor, throttle body? FI

distributor? wiring? CB

Do you notice any signs of oil leaking on the engine?

What engine oil viscosity you using? 

Did full overhaul few years back... then changed distributor last year... 421 piping?

Sometimes it's at the gasket, or oil-cap, or back of engine.
Check exhaust pipe if it is oily + wet also.

Mine previously leak through gasket near the timing belt there. Also eat engine oil like 1L every 5k km.
After top-overhaul + change gasket , problem solve.

here is some info on the top overhaul pricing :

top set gasket may vary on the quality = rm100+
piston ring = rm80+
o/c cam = rm60+
o/c cranshaft = rm20+
o/c flwel = rm20+
oil pump gasket = rm40+
cut the cranshaft = rm180
conrod bearing = rm65
conrod (schd) = rm85
engine oil (max oil) = rm70+
oil filter/ air filter = rm10/rm100+
gear oil = rm30+ (2 l)
grand valve = rm60+
plugs = rm25+ 4 pcs

if water pump damaged add rm65+

about rm800+ base cost without oil and treament and service charge. normally the pricing will be around rm1.5k, depends on what brand are they using

for the piping is really up to you, but i prefer 4 - 1 extractor for altering the mid - high rpm and topspeed. 4 - 2 -1 setup is for low - mid rpm also the piping size for the 4g15 should be around 1.7-1.8 for the engine breathing flow. also don't forget bout the midbox and bullet. me personally use 2 midbox. ask the experienced exhaust guy for details and recommendation.

Won't shut off the car.
Problem is, the compressor is working non-stop.
Also the heat fail to dissipate (without fan).
Air cond faster spoil, compressor fail, radiator crack, etc. more money fly away at workshop.
I suggest to send to workshop/aircond to replace the fan/motor.

Sounds like throttle body. Clean it up.

Cleaning TB even if use the famous brand 3bond is only RM45.. Fuel filter should be 2x.. reset ecu you can even do it yourself.. remove your battery terminal for few minutes and connect it back.. ECU reset to default.

hi all.. my wira aircond.. will stop blowing cool air if the car is stalled for like 10mins under the hot sun (imagine ur waiting for someone in the car outside their house). the air that comes out will be like normal fan.. but once i started driving again, the cool air will blow again..

any idea why and anyone experienced it before?

relay? is it expensive to get it replaced? and u dont think its the gas/aircond need servicing? do u know how much for normal aircond servicing?

Otherwise u need to check our lower arm...even rim too big when go thru uneven road also will....

Sometimes due to road uneven, it'll auto-pull.
My aligned car also like that all the while. My alignment & balancing all ok.

Try on flat even road. Aligned car straight while driving 60-80.
Lift both hand from steering slightly. The car should go straight.
If not, send to tyre workshop for alignment.
