Guys, I'm going to replace my abs + spring for my wira 1.3 soon...need some opinion here...

how much stiffer is Sachs Super Touring absorber compare to standard absorber?..

Anyone use HD Armedues spring before?...

Should i go with Sachs ST abs + HD Armedues spring or Sachs ST abs + ori spring?...

As this is a daily car...i'm driving around 30km++ to reach my workplace and the road condition is bad...will butt hurt if my ride is too stiff and bumpy...

Guys, tml i will be sending my wira for a service...will replace the valve seal as well...cause its consuming engine oil already...

i plan to use semi syn engine oil...should i go with caltex havoline semi syn or mobil semi syn?...

Mobil only produce 1 type of semi syn engine oil?...i mean the Mobil Super 2000...or there is other type of mobil semi syn?

I'm facing water leak problem too...mine is leaking from my front left door speaker...
What should i replace to stop the leak?...scare it might wet my speaker and cause a short circuit...

I have just replace my valve seal 2 weeks ago...but still got smoke when i start my car in the morning...hopefully its just white smoke and don't consume engine oil anymore...

Luckily it does go away after warm up...
Changed engine oil to Mobil semi syn too...engine does feel lighter...

Guys, i have replace my valve seal in february but doesn't solve my engine oil decreasing problem...

From my inexperienced inspection, i don't see any leaking around the engine..maybe there is leaking but i didn't notice

So my question is what else should i replace to solve the problem?...piston ring??..

Guys, i'm thinking of going for a top overhaul since changing the valve seal doesn't solve my engine oil decreasing issue...

Any recommended workshop around penang mainland?..

how much would a full overhaul cost?...i'm from penang...going to maddriver will be quite a distance...
I'm currently using semi syn mobil 10w40...my engine oil level almost reach the min level after around 4k KM of driving...No different when i use mineral oil...is my condition counted as serious?...

Nope i just change the valve seal...i think he just remove the top cover only...didn't took out the top head...

Guys, my car straight shut down when the air con kicks in just now...
Any idea on this?...
Does it mean i need to service the TB already?...
Or could it be alternator or distributor?

i'm also driving a 1.3 manual...with RM65 ron95 @ RM1.90, i could get more than 410km with city driving all the time and the fuel indicator haven light up yet...Due to my fuel gauge is not accurate, i always pump my petrol around 400km of driving...so not sure how much more km i can go till the fuel indicator lights up....

My foreman told me that those MMC got ISC gear to control the idle and VDO is using some kind of "magnet" instead of gear...Can the magnet thingy be service or replace?...

Guys, i drive a 2002 wira 1.3 Manual...need some advice on my wira problem....


I was cruising @ 120km/h for a minute or 2 on the highway just now...then a car wanted to overtake me, so i let go the pedal and slow down to 100km/h....after that when i try to accelerate, i can't feel the power and still stuck at 100km/h..i try to step more on the pedal but still not accelerating....

After that, my car vibrate when i'm cruising constant 60km/h @ 4th gear, if i try to accelerate, my car will vibrate....the vibration isn't that obvious during 1st > 2nd > 3rd gear...but once i reach 60km/h @ 4th gear, i can feel the vibration...when i'm driving up hill, i feel total loss of power and vibrate even stronger... the vibration isn't from the steering, i can feel its from the engine...

i'm thinking could it be the spark plug?...but i have just change during the last service and drive 2000km since the last service...but the previous spark plug i change only last me 5000km...could it be the spark plug cable got problem?..or the distributor?...

BTW i'm sending the car for a check up tomorrow...but any sifus here can share your thoughts and experience?...
i was hoping it was nothing serious...
