well it is smooth if u stop comparing with other phones n use it up to ur own expectations smile.gif

at 1st i was thinking yea android and iOS smoother but hey...our n8 it isnt that bad oni if u look it at another point of view. it is pretty smooth with anna, im sure it will b smoother when belle is out.

1 thing i found out was iOS n android aint really multitasking compared to symbian such as when web browsing i opened new page n i return bac to the page i was browsing and let the new 1 load. for symbian it loads but in iOS it din, as for android im not sure bout it cause i haven try it out yet. all i wanted to say is symbian still has the best multitasking experience to me...just my opinion ^^

it is true.. i'm symbian user , i have used the symbian since nokia 7650 era...
so far i only satisfied with my N8s in term of camera, games and all multimedia thingy..
i dont like android device, in fact i hate android...
still, i hope nokia[symbian] can produced better OS and UI specially for N8 before release N8's successor..,
so far there are still no device[nokia] can defeat N8's performance in overall aspect..

You using Version 3.08? Got any bugs? Newer ones often got bugs and that's why I am holding back and still using the 3.06.

Do you use some sort of pouch or what to protect it?

Jeez my urge of buying N8 getting stronger, but my brain keep telling me not rele worth to buy new set now with 1.3k pricing especially N8 successor coming out next year >.>
well probably end of next year..

I got this warning from my battery monitor. Is that the reminder to get a new battery? This sucks the battery last only 13 months.

How much does a new battery cost?

Don't think its your battery. does your OS give an official "low battery" warning? It could be the battery monitor app after all. try reinstalling the app or reboot the phone.

Nokia maps and nokia maps suite are different. maps suite is optional (fun to try tongue.gif), not that useful for me at the moment, so i deleted it and stick with nokia maps.
they're in beta labs, so anything could happen to either of them.
