My The Tree of Life arrive but not in mint condition, kind of disappointing on Amazon choose Bubble Envelope ....... Lucky Amazon refund me and assure no more such packaging in future.

Wow Andrew San.. they actually refunded you? I'm surprised because the damage is not really visible. I would say Amazon CS is very generous with their services. Anyway very nice pictures on the cover.

From image not really, but actual is, ya after they check my photo, they give me option to refund or replacement, and I think maybe quite some people complain on the packaging, it assure said in future no more such bubble wrap envelope packaging.

For my opinion, Amazon CS from US not too generous. Those generous CS usually from India. So, I usually write to CS around 11am to 4pm.

Sort of, but still keep in touch of releases. Quietly been buying stuff , of course. Anyway, BF nothing in particular interested of except Jurassic Park , LOTR , Star Wars. The rest i wanted, i'd bought it , been busy collecting Disney titles. Waiting for those Oct & November releases like Bolt 3D, Meet The Robinson 3D, G-Force 3D, Cars 2 3D, Toy Story (all 3) 3D, Lion King 3D. Should be on the way.

It looks identical with the Indian release 3D edition. No slipcover too..

I chat with them, haha! and confirm not from US, their name show me is not.

Yep, not a 3D fan though..just fancy the slipcover art & design. Of course the movies too..
