I have that problem too and made two complaints - one through the online chat and another follow up with an email to their customer service. I must say their customer service is top notch!!! Not only they have upgraded my entire order to Expedite International Shipping (from Standard Shipping), they even waive off the entire shipping charges...yes...zero dollar shipping cost.

That really inspire me to place another order right now!!

I believe your value goes for speed while mine goes for "value-for-money" I don't mind watching the film 1-2 months later - it does not deteriorate the quality of the film. You are willing to fork out more and you deserved to get the quickest shipment and I being a "kiasu" guy deserves to get it much later

But under no choice, we (being the customer or consumer) have to use our rights...So there should be no shame in contacting them since we are at right but you could be a little bit "firm" in your email about this in-convenience. Ask them to track your purchasing record for the past 12 months (I am very sure you are in the TOP 10 most spending customer ) and put up the seriousness you see in this issue.

You have the rights, the facts...Amazon will act on your case with relevant financial compensation to ease you off.

By the way guys...I bought some titles which offer some USD5 for the online copy (rental 48 hrs or download copy). But the service only restricts to US address only.

Actually try B&N. Sometimes the offer 50% discount on selected titles. I bought most of my UEs from B&N during their 50% discount - I think somewhere around USD24.99 each.

Hi all, this will be my first BF experience.

Will Amazon list all the titles under the BF deal or it will list the titles as it appear on the lightning deal. Just one more question, even if there is a title under the lighting deal but if you have to just purchase 1 BD - the shipment could be minimum USD8.99 - will that still worth it? How do the sifus buy during BF - 10 titles at one go? Please advise.

Actually I buy HK version because I want to listen to the Cantonese voice for the animation (I can't read Chinese - thus, does not matter about the Chinese subtitle). Personally, I felt that I enjoy more on the Cantonese version and it is more funnier as well. But have to be selective because we need to understand who is the cantonese voice cast.

For Cars, the Cantonese voice comes from Jan Lam (famous Soft Hard singer). I remember for the animation UP, the voice is from the legendary Michael Hui.

So far there is only one title listed in the BF calendar which I am interested - Quantum of Solace on 28-Nov. However, I am overseas on that day. I want to cry
Can I tumpang anybody to buy? I will pay back - I can even pay first!!

I bought it through jsdvd.com - a Taiwan based online DVD portal. However, unlike Amazon, they will charged your credit card upon ordering. I placed my order in Sept and they already charged my credit card - but Captain America only released last week. But shipment is super fast, it took only 3 days to arrive.

Cannot recall how much - already more than one month - I think it is around TWD1000 - you can check from their website

I bought 4 discs and took the shipping with tracking ability. Received email that they have shipped on Thursday at 5.02 pm (17-11-11). Received this morning around 10.00 am. Tracking were given in great detail - including custom clearance. Shipping a bit expensive, around RM15 per disc (total around RM60 for shipping charges)

I draw my "first blood" in my virgin Black Friday - spending close to RM350 on the second day (none on the first day)...like our brother said, the week is still young

To me, it is seriously about intellectual properties. You never knew it until it hurts you my friend. I used to only buy illegal version until my own design works was "stolen" by someone and being passed on to a cheaper supplier - twice! Thereafter, I only buy legal copy - since 8 years ago. So if I do not have enough money, I don't buy. I will only buy genuine copy.
