You can ask CS via chat adding item on it & cancel item you don't want. (Not applicable for adding lightning deal item).

Plan to cancel 30 Minutes or Less. I think this movie will drop the price very fast in near future.

Lightning deal can check out with items in cart?

here's my trick (since things that I ordered still not shipped)

Add to cart again the things that I have check-out, then when lightning deal, I check out, then cancel my previous order..

That is risky, you might end up double dip if failure to cancel.

Of course can. But the price will follow the time your check out. So, if you done that trick, you should pray there is no price movement between these 2 orders. Otherwise, Amazon will charge you base on new price.
