Anyway AxisAtrium is the fail sample . Their developer seems like out of budget to complete the 2nd block ( which face KLCC ) . The project abandon like more than half year already .
Shopping lot inside AxisAtrium ,only less than 50% is rented .

I stay nearby , prices dont really go up like 20% after 10 years ,especially condo . not really worth to invest .

hey guys... i guess i need to clarify this, bayu pandan has no unit that face lrt at all.. .. Semua "ham ba lang" unit balcony facing north east direction... aka KLCC view.. .... again i mention before going to 1 shamelin parking will gave a similar anticipated view that you can get.... AND this condo have third room with window facing pandan view aka facing lrt track.....so 3rd room may head lrt track noise ... I proposed double glaze window installation will work well..    That the advantage of corner unit la,,, stair case blocking the 3rd room so no noise transmission.. but at the cost of no view... unless open side window

Unlike Axis that have unit with balcony really facing pandan view that face south east direction....

And from the floor plan, seems that the current site of sales office will be visitor parking area..... and they try to orientate the block A site not to face loji in front.... hmmmm smell tu tak pasti...

Glad that they added tadika as additional facility with 2 flee aircon...

3 big crane and huge truck lorry already in situ..... commencing ground work soon?? the count down started "dik dok dik dok" . With bayu @ sentul impending... i hope that the developer will make a good quality works on this project to set example for their track records....

you cancel your block B then change to block A?? hmmm. many access road is upgrading along the jalan maluri.. seems mrr2 is connected to jalan maluri can access to cochrane and jalan tun razak... high way is at lease 5 storey high

so they forfeit your 1% deposit ?? because you cancel after signing S&P?

Of course more development will come to pandan area. The new highway access to tun razak, to cochrane, and IKEA 2nd branch in malaysia will be sited in cochrane 2013.... too good to be true yeah
