Anyway AxisAtrium is the fail sample . Their developer seems like out of budget to complete the 2nd block ( which face KLCC ) . The project abandon like more than half year already .
Shopping lot inside AxisAtrium ,only less than 50% is rented .

This project can't compare with axis. Axis is single developer. This project is government work together with private sector

I knew it was children playground. It you means have add in tadika and with aircon as new facility for bayu ? Developer is confirm on this ?

Erm , so fast in progress .. yup .. 3 years .. long time to wait....it should same progress with sunway velocity.. when sunway velocity completed .. soon bayu will complete

How about block B , is how many meter walk ? Even 750 meter walk. It is secure walk within bayu area with no worry much on thief .

I am cancel block b level 5 but didn't change to block A. Need pay 1% charges for cancel. Y you are mention MRR2 connect to maluri concern ?

Bayu is nearby Kl and agree suitable for those work at kl without car as well. Hope the construction will work with good quality
