Sent email to Samsung M'sia and ask them whether they bring in SGSII HD and LTE or not. I think the LTE maybe yes but not the HD. But better ask Samsung :-)

You had to have data network to send or receive mms.
For sms okay without data but not mms. And that for all telco not just Umobile

Its not a flaw. Its how android are I guess. Easy solution.
Do what waveweaver said, Put MMS also for your APN type on the Umobile Internet.
But have to turn ON data but you wont be charge for data usage. only MMS charges apply when you send/received MMS.

cos my nokia phone can receive MMS without the data package just fine...
i'm on wireless, also cannot receive?
must be ph0ne data?

Noted on this...thanks for the clarification.
but then, it means i cannot use wifi when at home when receiving MMS then.
cos i cannot on both Wifi & Data right?
or will wifi take precedence over Data?
