see, now 'arry is looking like a genius with that Pav substitution.  tongue.gif

we had no shape and width in the first half but the 2nd half formation was much better, with van der vaart and modric playing more inside in their preferred positions.

pav took his goal well but his inconsistency and positional work is killing him to be honest.

3points and 3rd place...I'll take that!

we always play better in the secod half ... why can't we play well from the first whistle ...

with azza out, it will be nice if kranky gets more play time ...

QUOTE(lewmoker @ Dec 19 2011, 01:09 AM)
Spurs is not playing the way they used to tonight but a win still a win. I'll take that...
pavy is sharp but positioning and ball control makes him the 3rd option after ade n JD...

u forgor vdv ... he's like a striker liao ...

Another delighted win....we've back on track. Azza definitely out but B A L E and Defoe might be available against chelski...seems 1st half more dull than 2nd half as always and Modder should have score one (another miss contender).

king will play...
http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/news/artic...ule-211211.html
usually 50-50 chance is enough for King to play.
dont know why but i felt more secure on the game if King play ;p

Second tragedy hits Defoe after cousin is stabbed to death in St Lucia

Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe said has said he is 'shocked and saddened' after learning that his cousin was stabbed to death.

It is understood Allan Edgar, who was in his 70s, was knifed in the neck during a robbery in St Lucia.

Defoe said: 'I am shocked and saddened by the tragic news of my cousin's murder in the close-knit town which my family is from in St Lucia.

'I want to again highlight the desperate need for us to pull together - the world over - to tackle knife crime and teach everyone how sacred a life is.'

His mother, Sandra St Helen, from Chigwell, Essex, said: 'It was a very close relative. I was with my cousin a couple of months ago. We are a big family.'

Mr Edgar was the 29-year-old footballer's first cousin twice removed.

Defoe's half-brother, Jade, 26, was killed in a street attack in April 2009. He died from head injuries four days after being attacked in Leytonstone, east London.

Starts with right attitude and now the team looks "hungry".
Great ball possession and i felt damn!
Now goal, adebayor!!!

Added on December 23, 2011, 4:10 amAs i type just now, adebayor score after bale cross at 7th minutes.
Right start!

Added on December 23, 2011, 6:00 amFinished with a draw... Not a good second half.
Anyway i think this is the lowest shot on goal attempt we have so far... Around 10-12 only.
Usually we have 17-20...
Looking on the bright side, another match unbeaten with king:)

At least we got something against a resurgent chelski. But it puts us within striking distance of the gooner, although with game in hand. And damn you JT

it's ok ... we still have some margin for error ...

as for jt, since it's a police case, the fa has to step back ... does not mean the fa is letting him off though ...
