nice win last night but personally i think the team wasted too many opportunities in front of the goal.
cant afford to do that with better team...
daws goal was awesome and lift up the morale!
7 wins in 9 league matches, thats good and hope we continued the win streak.
a good way to start the year

Hey guys. Haven't been here for quite some time.
I'm chuffed that we're languishing in 3rd in the second half of the season but I can't say I'm not worried. It's a familiar feeling. Good thing Chelsea lost to QPR.

aaaand we signed 1 player already ...

i don't really like the way we got him but that's what you get for asking 6m for an out-of-contract 19 year old reserve team guy ...

edit: holtby next season as well ...

Bale + Lennon + Sandro + Dembele + Adebayor + Holtby = 36m.

Andy Caroll = 35m.

Levy's a genius. The future's bright, the future's Lilywhite. COYS!!

I support spurs since i watched them play in 1990 FA cup final.
Gascoigne era.
Unfortunately during that game gascoigne suffer serious injury.

Added on January 6, 2013, 12:22 amWithout Modric , it's a bit hard for spurs to penetrate opponent penalty area. Maybe they should move Dembele a bit further up.

Rafa hit his wife and later split. Luka voted worst signing of the year. Question: With the way we're playing, would you have either one back?

luka if he can suddenly score 15 goals a season ...

Schalke midfielder Lewis Holtby could yet become a Tottenham player in January

Tottenham's move for Schalke midfielder Lewis Holtby could be brought forward if terms can be agreed on a transfer fee.

Holtby confirmed late last week that he was leaving the German side and would be joining Spurs at the end of the season when his contract expires.

But that deal could now happen in the January transfer window if Tottenham come up with a fee believed to be £1.6m.

Schalke's managing director Horst Heldt said: "If Tottenham ask for Holtby in the January window, we will talk to them about it.

"Nothing has happened yet, but, from our point of view, we are prepared to speak to them.

"It would have to be done quickly, because we would have to find a replacement for him."
