The referral fee amount is fix at RM2000. By issue cheque Which size you plan to book? Just find out with developer that they going to increase the price again..

Lack of awareness i would say is the key attribute, i can see the banner everywhere, even my friend himself thought Palace Court is a new project just launch this month. Follow by the package, not as competitive compare to recent launch project which giveaway many value added freebies...

Heard the developer want to take over the abandon shop too, but due to complication on the land issue, developer put on hold in the take over plan..

I tried once, customer come to sales office twice, they never book... Once v take over, the 3rd time they come... they took 2 units from me... N his wife said : u guys r much more aggressive n much better than developer staff... Attitude, explaination n folo up...
Very simple... I survive on commission, customer always my boss... But for part of da developer staff. Salary come every mth wit or witout sales...
So sometimes... Compare to developer staff, customer rather find us...

Kuchai Lama is easy access to mention financial hub from Smart highway wihtin 5 to 10 mins drive journey, compare to KLCC properties which average over 1000psf, KL south areas such as Taman Desa to Bukit Jalil stretch can quite promising future, there might price stagnant due to over supply issue, however boiled down to location, in the long run, these areas set to be appealing investment for own stay and value gain. P/s : One of Greater KL ETP project Bandar Malaysia is working in the pipeline as a catalyst to significantly lift up KL south status.

I was told bhl going to redevelop the abandoned shop office lot, but told otherwise by sales person after ink the snp, however, the pros still weight over the cons, surrounding developement along okr asking easily over 700 psf some even reaching1000psf, looks like PC quite a bargain although its lh..
