and dont hope too much from the police though. fingerprint my arse lah!! they do that as a gimmick like they do their job, to make u feel like "we're going to catch this *******" but NO! my dad's car was smashed and radio was stolen, they do that konon2 CSI stuffs, and when we investigate ourselves, we had identify the culprit, as some neighbour as witness but the police say they cannot act. mafaka!

what can you do is accept the fact that it's your loss, and be more careful. you might install hidden camera in your room also as a security measure instead of depending on the guards

if u really are determined to catch the culprit, i recommend go hire private investigators. some are quite good in their jobs. and if u really want to make good deeds and serve the students as well, make a petition. make it big.

THE REASON THE MAKE SHORTER IS THE SO THAT WE GRADUATE FST? no!!! IT IS JUST TO MINIMIZE THEIR LOST!!!!!

SINCE UNITEN WAS ESTABLISHED..ITS RUNNING UNDER NEARLLY 5MILLION LOST EVERY YEAR....AND A BRILLIANT IDEA MANAGEMENT CAME OUT WITH IS TO MAKE THE SEM SHORTER....SAME OR HIGHER FEES...AND MORE CASH IN FOR THEM IN A YEAR BY KILLING AND PUTING STUDENTS INTO EXTERME PRESSURE!!!!

Everytime when you enter a new house it is your right to change your doorknob, padlock and whatever there is to keep your door close from anyone even your tenant from entering in. I encourage this to all my tenants so that we wont have any misunderstanding if any break ins arises.

Find a loophole in your contracts with the management, read carefully or consult with a lawyer, my guess is its going to be a waste of time since they probrably already cover up on the area that they wont be responsible for any break ins.

the culprit was a new neighbour just moved there. since he moved theres been a lot of break in cases. and he was caught by a chinese neighbour of mine. only then police go to his house and find out.

before that i already called the INvestigating Officer regarding some neighbours saw their belongings in the culprit's front yard, and the police said "no evidence/proof" that guy stole a dog and put it in front of his house. hows that for an evidence?
