you know sueing them will cost a bomb? and the chance of you winning is like 0%. they will say things like "park at your own risk" and stuffs like that

and dont hope too much from the police though. fingerprint my arse lah!! they do that as a gimmick like they do their job, to make u feel like "we're going to catch this *******" but NO! my dad's car was smashed and radio was stolen, they do that konon2 CSI stuffs, and when we investigate ourselves, we had identify the culprit, as some neighbour as witness but the police say they cannot act. mafaka!

what can you do is accept the fact that it's your loss, and be more careful. you might install hidden camera in your room also as a security measure instead of depending on the guards

the culprit was a new neighbour just moved there. since he moved theres been a lot of break in cases. and he was caught by a chinese neighbour of mine. only then police go to his house and find out.

before that i already called the INvestigating Officer regarding some neighbours saw their belongings in the culprit's front yard, and the police said "no evidence/proof" that guy stole a dog and put it in front of his house. hows that for an evidence?

now orang sendiri dah tangkap baru dia nak datang.

you could ask for related university bodies to work this out. or you can start on your own and start taking signatures

report with local newspaper eg:the star. if you can get the amount of police reports made or complaints lodged against the management its better. it'll require a lot of work if youre serious but i predict that you will cool off in a few days

kolej pertama and 12th dun have this. i know 2nd have the residential card.

but Pertama college's key to the room is rare. i wanted to duplicate incase of missing, went to few shops said they cannot duplicate as its rare and expensive. but it was 3 yrs ago la
